Many standard cancer treatments—including chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy, targeted therapies and some immunotherapy —are available in Bangladesh, particularly in major centers. However, access to certain advanced treatments, such as newer immunotherapies, specialized molecular diagnostics, or clinical trials, may be limited or concentrated in Dhaka based centers.
